There has plenty. Gammu, gnokii, gnome-phone-manager, xgnokii, KMobileTools. None of this worked for my Symbian S60V3 phone. But urs is not Symbian. May be it will work.
Anyway, I use syncevolution to sync with Evolution, OBexTool and series60-remote for exploring file manager. I am not sure, if these will work for u. Search Google n check their site, if they supports ur phone.
