Hi,

Is there anyone had problem shutting down or rebooting Ubuntu 9.10? i am
unable to shutdown either command line or the prompt. i have modified some
parameter in sysctl.cfg file but everytime i tried to shutdown it goes in
blank screen. if i reboot from command its reboots otherwise it comes with a
blank screen. i enable verbose from grub.cfg but its wait for some sigkill
never comes back. Anyone had a problem like that? I have the backup of
sysctl.cfg file which i didnt try restoring it yet.

Thanks,
Hasnain
