With my one year experience I kind of feel like you are suffering from
short term memory loss ;)

ST has replied to you on this last week or before. Open Source or
Closed Source both have some disclaimer license beginning from
"creator's name would be mentioned" or not to even to pay the price
for the right to use etc.

If used for only personal manners then its not much restrictions are there.
