Yaa it's possible to run triple operating system.
Remember: You should install Linux in Primary partition. You can
create 3 Primary partition for three operating system. Create your
swap partition at Logical partition.

I never use and see Windows Vista as you said that it got a new
bootloader option. So don't know about that. I used Windows XP,
Windows 2000 & Linux in same machine.
