I believe the drivers now get installed with cups, so you should delete your 
existing printer and re-install it.  If the drivers have not been included then 
you should look at Michael Gruz PPA on launchpad to see if the driver is there:

though it seems that all of these drivers now get installed with cups (I don't 
think Michael has updated the PPA to work with 12.04 because of the cups update)
