Otherwise let us know > your printer make and type That wiki misses one really important point, i think: check the CUPS web interface at http://127.0.0.1:631/ The web interface gives lots of useful diagnostic information and provides lots of options that are hidden in other print interfaces. I nearly always find what i find there points me in the right direction. Paul
