Hi I used to use virtual box to do this, which is ubuntus feeds (run aptitude or synaptic and search for virtualbox). Although now if I was to do this, i'd just use the kvm virtualisation thats 'built' into linux by default. vmware is also a viable option I used to use in the past, and still do on my mac.
