Wondering if anyone can help with what details I should include from the 
following Cisco .pcf file for my VPNC .conf file.  I've already decoded 
the password but I'm still having an issue connecting to the vpn.  Of 
course, the Uni help desk is overly Windows centric and is only 
interested in Cisco support so no help there.
