Legal concerns? We don't accept non-redistributable content into multiverse. There are some things that might not be able to be sold, but as long as you're not selling it there are no legal issues with mirroring it. We have hundreds of mirrors - they don't have issues with it. Multiverse also isn't particularly large - less than 10% of the i386 archive size, and many of those packages are only i386 or architecture: all, so it will be an even smaller percentage of the full archive. -- William Grant Ubuntu Developer
