That looks pretty good! However, the problem isn't *just* the A. :-) If you've run Software Updater yourself, you'll see that it uses the standard Launcher progress bar when updates are installing. So it's a bad idea for the Software Updater icon (or any Launcher icon) to include a fake progress bar of its own. Otherwise one can get confused for the other, and when there's actual progress you end up with two progress bars visible at once.
