Why not? It can be listed in the tasks. Nobody just took the time to do it. ;p It's similar to any of the Xubuntu/Edubuntu/Lubuntu tasks. Though this team(or anyone) submits and this team can direct, Afaik, the respective teams have the final choice on the matter.
