Too saturated and bright, it hurts my eyes... Are you sure your monitor
have the right settings of contrast/brightness?
I've found that all your themes have those "hurting" colors... :)

I fully second your opinion, but Linux and Ubuntu is about freedom. If
somebody like it, let him do it.
But I really think there is some serious problem with selected color
scheme, and psychology and horrible longterm user (and eyes)
experience respectively. Personaly I would prefer look after another
themes for widespread audience and make them better.

You're absolutely right... Mine was just an opinion to *improve* the
theme, not to criticize the community.
I'm with the idea that it's better a theme like tropic than a PERFECT
COPY of a mac OSX theme.
This is only an opinion, please continue with your passion and
contributions to the community, they're usefull...
