Neither the F5 nor Ctrl+R keyboard shortcuts for refreshing a page work
under a Unity 8 session. They both work under Unity 7. Other shortcuts,
such at Ctrl+T and Ctrl+W, work fine under Unity 8.
Nothing appears in when pressing F5 or Ctrl+R ~/.cache/upstart
/application-legacy-webbrowser-app-.log
