No sim card selected

Bug description:
Every time I try to send sms I get an pop up saying that no sim card
was selected(mx4 so just one sim card) but this only hapens when I'm
sending a new message, if I'm responding to one that I already
received this doesn't happen, so I think the problem is with the pull
up to send new sms.
