Extended key pop-over needs to be multi-line when it gets too large

Bug description:
It would be useful to be able to have a large list of domains for
certain keyboard layouts (e.g. Serbian), however currently this can
cause the extended keys pop-over to overlap the sides of the screen.
To fix this when the pop-over gets too large it should switch to a
multi-line view.
