This appears to have been fixed. Just tested with the latest webbrowser-
app trunk, and this works as expected.

  Using webbrowser-app, when typing in a textbox on a form, key uparrow do not 
work to move cursor to previous line on text.
  Down arrow, Home, End, PgDn, PgUp work fine.
