Hello.
Yes, I know install command. But it cannot install that application. It
isn't in Ubuntu snap shop. I have this snap file in /home folder. How to
install snap files? No from snap repository, but from my own computer.

You can run snap --help (or man snap) to get all the availabel
commands. However to install is "snap install <app>".
