Actually this is a missing feature. Our current plan is to implement it using the X Composite Extersion. This feature was recently added to the Windows version using DirectX, but we still don't have a working solution on Linux. Right now my first objective is releasing 3.3 in the next days and right after it I have a dream of making a .deb package and getting it into the Ubuntu or Debian repositories > Needless to say, though, I like the program because ti does not use my > CPU resources as highly as gnome-mag does.
