The Faculty of Computer Science in Moscow of the HSE University, Russia invites applications for full-time, tenure-track positions of Assistant Professor in all areas of computer science including but not limited to artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, programming language theory, software engineering, system programming, algorithms, computation complexity, distributed and parallel computation, bioinformatics, human-computer interaction, and robotics. Applications can be submitted until *January 15*. General eligibility requirements for tenure track positions are as follows: · Candidates should have a recent PhD degree in Computer Science, (Applied) Mathematics or related fields, which was obtained prior to joining HSE in a relevant field at an internationally recognized university and has been assessed by external reviewers as having potential for research that can be published in leading peer-reviewed journals; · Teaching experience at leading foreign universities is desirable; · Knowledge of Russian is not required as research and teaching are conducted in English. Therefore, fluency in English is a must. The successful candidate will be expected to conduct high quality research published in reputable peer-reviewed journals and supported by the university.
