Dear all, I have an opening for a 3-year postdoc in London, starting in January. The primary area is machine learning for causal inference. The CLOSING DATE is October 7th, and I expect interviews by Zoom to follow shortly after that.
Further particulars can be found at this link: https://atsv7.wcn.co.uk/search_engine/jobs.cgi?amNvZGU9MTg4NzIxNiZ2dF90ZW1wbGF0ZT05NjUmb3duZXI9NTA0MTE3OCZvd25lcnR5cGU9ZmFpciZicmFuZF9pZD0wJmpvYl9yZWZfY29kZT0xODg3MjE2JnBvc3RpbmdfY29kZT0yMjQ%3D&jcode=1887216&vt_template=965&owner=5041178&ownertype=fair&brand_id=0&job_ref_code=1887216&posting_code=224 The position takes place at University College London (UCL), in the Statistical Science department. UCL is located in central London, in the Bloomsbury area of the city, a short walk from the British Museum. Numerous nearby transport links (King's Cross, Euston, Paddington, and others) make it easier also to commute from and to UCL, which in this day and age doesn't need to happen every day. But this position is part of a fellowship team, funded by the Engineering Research Council of the UK (EPSRC). General information about the project is provided here: https://gow.epsrc.ukri.org/NGBOViewGrant.aspx?GrantRef=EP/W024330/1. This means I expect at least some degree of face-to-face meetings with the group. I'm happy to answer any questions directly addressed to me at my firstname.lastn...@ucl.ac.uk<mailto:firstname.lastn...@ucl.ac.uk> -Ricardo Silva
