***Call For Papers*** The tenth International Conference on Image Processing Theory, Tools and Applications (IPTA'20) will be held on July 7-10, 2020, in the exciting city of Paris, France. The conference provides an excellent forum to meet and discuss various important issues on image processing and applications. ****Important Dates*** Submission Deadline: March 15, 2020 Notification of Acceptance: April 15, 2020 Final Paper Submission and registration: April 30, 2020 Special Session Proposal February 10, 2020 Tutorial Proposal February 28, 2020 ***Topics*** * Image formation, scanning, display and printing * Image and video processing, coding and compression * Pattern recognition and computer vision * Perceptual analysis of images and video * Image forensics and security * Machine Learning methods for image and video analysis * Virtual and augmenred reality * Artificial Intelligence for weather and climate modelling * Applications Papers describing general surveys, image processing fundamental theory, specific medical imaging applications, advanced prototypes, tools and methodologies are welcomed. Extended papers describing original contributions are encouraged in the conference topics mentioned above.
