Paper submission is now open and there are a number of choices for proceedings and post conference
publication in some journal papers.

There is a hierarchy of paper submission (see www.ichit2006.org) meaning your papers could appear in
IEEE Computer Science conference proceedings (CfP deadline by 1st July) or in Electronic Proceedings
(later deadlines), in Springer LNAI/LNCS post conference proceedings, or in one of 7 international journals
that are running special issues (agreed with editors in chief and with guest editors in our international committee).
If you have any questions about this wonderful opportunity to meet researchers in disciplines other than your own
and to come to Korea then please do not hesitate to contact me.  We estimate 700 paper submissions and some
250 accepted papers.  The submissions page may not function correctly this week but I am told it will be fully
functional in a matter of days.  The publication deadlines are interesting for they offer significant flexibility and
a nice vehicle for participation.

Many regards,

Dr Daniel Howard
