Sorry, this was not what I meant. My fingers were faster than my brain. The existing code around CONFIG_PRE_CONSOLE_BUFFER (i. e. storage in a temporary buffer until console bcomes available) is of course OK with me. What I meant was: I do not want to have any "pre console UART output" code.
