Changes from v1 to v2:
* simplified lpc32xx_hsuart_init() a little
* put SoC specific changes into patch 1/3

Is this uart compatible with any already in uboot ?

IMHO it is not compatible with any other present in U-boot UART.

However there are 4 UARTS on the SoC, which are compatible with NS16550, but not this one.
