Hi Vincent, as you already know, the re-enumerating of usb ethernet devices (calling "usb start" twice) hangs the system because eth_register() is called more than once. If have found a related patch from you with the subject "eth: remove usb-ethernet devices before re-enumerating them" in the chromium.org git repos. Could that be pushed mainline.
