U-Boot v1.3.2 is more than 3 years old, and antiquated. Please update
to a recent version.
Additionally, the Mini2440 is not supported in Mainline, so you are
referring to some out-of-tree port which is unknown to us and which we
cannot support.
Please contact your vendor who provided this out-of-tree port to you.
