If CONFIG_PWM_TI_EHRPWM is enabled, it throws the build warning
in dev_dbg() due to incorrect format specifier as,

"warning: format ‘%lx’ expects argument of type ‘long unsigned int’,
but argument 4 has type ‘fdt_addr_t’ {aka ‘unsigned int’}"

Fix this with the correct format specifier.
