Do you mean 2022.04-rc3 or 2022.07-rc3? 2022.07-rc3 has the following commit that allows booting imx8mn evk ddr4/lpdd4 via USB download mode: https://source.denx.de/u-boot/u-boot/-/commit/d175982c207bb2ace592d7985cd3f05ab99759d9 > ATF firmware used is built using imx_5.4.47_2.2.0 branch of imx-atf firmware.
