Sure. Actually, it should have be a bit provocant; and the cover letter
subject doesn't really matter, does it?
Perhaps 'Drop use of unwanted binding' ? It seems quite vague to me,
like 'Fix a horrible bug' or 'Sort out all the problems' :-)
