If your patch adds u-boot,dm-pre-reloc in a section, then add this 
section to the sam9x60ek-u-boot.dtsi file (you can add just a pointer to 
the section like &section { u-boot-dm,pre-reloc; }; )
If your patch adds the property to a clock, then you can just add a 
pointer to that clock in the sam9x60ek-u-boot.dtsi file
