It is difficult to review this list perfectly,
but I did not see anything odd in the code diff.

FYI:
Linux kernel is dropping the shared library support again.

This removes .o -> .so build rules, and
I will queue it up for v5.7-rc1.
The gcc-plugin is the only user of the shared library support.
So, probably it should be moved to scripts/gcc-plugins/Makefile.
It may take more time for U-Boot to catch up,
but U-Boot can cope with it somehow, I think.
