These patches add support for musb in AM35x.
Changes from v1:
- Moved SCM definitions to am35x specific file am35x_def.h
Patches have been created against uboot-ti/master tree (as on 9th July)
but they also apply cleanly to both denx/master and uboot-usb/master
as there is no interdependent changes.
