Odroid u3 had the issue like ethernet would not get initialize from the u-boot with "usb start" command.
These changes are based on following work done by Tobias Jakobi [0] https://github.com/tobiasjakobi/u-boot/commit/77a1142eb0aac08464398ef053d66dbf42b42486 These changes tried to address the issue of initialization of usb devices. Below is the command I have used for testing.
