As a matter of fact, it is a sync. It is literally this commit: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/mmind/linux-rockchip.git/commit/?h=v4.19-armsoc/dts64&id=b41023282d07b61a53e2c9b9508912b1e7ce7b4f It's just needed so that at least the ficus.dts file compiles.
