VMs provided by qemu for arm are equiped with PL031 device. In patch#1, pl031 driver is converted to driver model, and in patch#2, this driver is enabled in defconfig of qemu-arm. This patch set is motivated by running UEFI SCT(Self-Certification Test) and measuring time on u-boot on qemu-arm. Heinrich has already posted UEFI's GetTime() implementation.
