Could you try http://lists.denx.de/pipermail/u-boot/2009-November/063601.html ? What is your output of arm-none-linux-gnueabi-gcc -v ? If it's older than gcc version 4.3.3 (Sourcery G++ Lite 2009q1-203) please try to update your tool chain.
