On rare occasions, I observe sporadic tx problems (collisions, etc.) with a 9221 over here. No idea if it's the smc driver or (more likely) some other problem with the board. Found by accident that fiddling with speed and/or half-/full-duplex settings of the tftp server expelled them typically.
