Please check your NAND configuration" message is coming from: common/spl/spl_nand.c In practice this message seems coming from the fact that header of kernel image can't be identified from offset after executing: nand_spl_load_image(CONFIG_SYS_NAND_SPL_KERNEL_OFFS,,) So, something gets broken in while executing nand_spl_load_image. Perhaps CONFIG_SYS_NAND_SPL_KERNEL_OFFS value.
