Please pull some more UniPhier updates:
- Various SoC specpfic updates (DRAM, PLL, errata)
- Minor cleanups
- Add UniPhier reset controller driver
Note:
I am touching include/reset-uclass.h by
"reset: declare fdtdec_phandle_args as struct to fix warning".
I included it in this pull-request because
I need it to suppress warnings for my new reset driver.
I believe it is OK since the patch is trivial enough.
