This series adds better support of booting VxWorks using 'bootvx'. Tested by booting a VxWorks 6.9.4 kernel on Intel Crown Bay, and a VxWorks 7 kernel on Intel Galileo.
Rebased on u-boot/master branch and dropped the #1 and #2 patches in the v2 series as they were already applied in the main stream.
