Kilauea has an AT24C02 EEPROM which has an 8 byte page. Without defining CONFIG_SYS_EEPROM_PAGE_WRITE_BITS to 3 the "eeprom" command doesn't work correctly.
Additionally the page write delay (CONFIG_SYS_EEPROM_PAGE_WRITE_DELAY_MS) is set to a more defensive value of 10ms.
