Convert GPIO names from Kconfig strings into pin numbers for
the 'ssd2828_config' struct. Add SSD2828 initialization between
enabling the parallel LCD interface and turning on the backlight.

Changes in v2:
 - The 'sunxi' Kconfig change now only has LCD panel option
   addition (the rest had been moved to the 'video' Kconfig).
 - Handle SSD2828 initialization directly in 'sunxi_display.c'
   without the extra 'sunxi_lcd_panel.c' source file, because
   the SSD2828 glue code is small enough.
 - Change from 'sunxi_name_to_gpio' to 'name_to_gpio'
