I checked, it gives aarch64.
Anyway if I don't set ARCH properly, the make command fails saying "Failed:
$ARCH=arm, should be 'aarch64' for vexpress_aemv8a".

There seems to be some other problem. I tried with Tiger's toolchain
version as well but I get same issue.
