I reworked this patchseries complete, and worked up the
comments from Wolfgang Denk and Kim Philips.
The patch to add CONFIG_SYS_I2C_INIT_BOARD option for 83xx,
I hold (hopefully not long) back, because we are actually
investigate, how we can deblock the I2C bus safe.
