Das ist aber so korrekt.
Entweder wird der Wert irgendwo überschrieben, oder die Links werden
nicht per TypoLink erzeugt, wenn es nicht funktioniert.
Bzw. Noch besser ist:
config.linkVars = no_cookie(1)
Das erlaubt nur den Wert "1" so wie gewünscht.
Falls Du noch Mehrsprachigkeit hast, kannst Du das ergänzen:
config.linkVars = L(1),no_cookie(1)
