Das dürfte mit dem folgenden Bug zusammenhängen:forge.typo3.org/issues/67576
Der ist zwar seit August 2015 gemeldet, aber es passierte bis dahin noch nichts.
Auch ist auffällig das Changelog für das Bootstrap Package:

Da steht explzit für Version 6.2.5: "Disable imageheight and imagewidth for textpic
and image content elements to avoid wrong rendering"
