Diesen habe ich basierend auf dem vorhandenen tt_address Eintrag erstellt:

Das sieht grundsätzlich gut aus.
Desweiteren habe ich folgendes TS Setup (Auszug) erstellt:

}
}
Da fehlen vermutlich die Konfigurationseinträge für die SQL-Abfragen.
Beispiel (für tt_address):
