Du kannst in der Seiten-TSConfig (Reiter Ressourcen) praktisch auf jeder Seite
den RTE individuell einstellen.
Hiermit werden zb. alle Buttons eingeblendet. Die du nicht haben willst einfach
rauslöschen.
