Hatte das gleiche Problem, bei mir half folgende Änderung in
/typo3conf/ext/speciality/Configuration/TypoScript/Config/config.ts
Zeile 101
        #absRefPrefix = /
        baseURL = h t t p : / / localhost/bootstrappackage/
also Auskommentieren von absRefPrefix und setzen von baseURL.
