Hi,
ich hatte das selbe Problem.
Hast du evtl. den gesamten Inhalt von typo3cache gelöscht?
Das System kann dann den Ordner _processed_ nicht anlegen. Wird dieser manuell
angelegt, ist die Meldung weg und alles läuft wieder einwandfrei. Zumindest
bei mir hat es geholfen.

Hast Du im Installtool mal den Debugmodus aktiviert oder über das typo3
config file?
Typo3 hat einen eigene Error Class, die die Fehler abfängt...
